【小型移動淘金車簡介】The Introduction

本套淘金設備為小型移動式淘金車，是青州冠誠重工機械有限公司獨立設計、研發制作，通過售后服務、用戶回訪等渠道不斷完善改進，現已經成為一種先進成熟的移動式淘金設備；

該移動淘金車可以使用小型挖掘機、裝載機等多種上料方式，適用于沙金礦、巖金尾礦等大部分地選金場合。

The smart movable trommel screen gold mining machine is designed&manufactured by ourselves,improving our technology by service aftersales and advice of customer etc,now it’s a very  machines in china.

This type of machine can be feed by wheel loader or excavators,which is widely used in gravel sand mine,tailings of rock gold mine etc.  

【該移動淘金車特點】

1、上料方式可以使用小型挖掘機或裝載機等多種上料方式。

2、移動靈活方便：采用可轉向設計，可以原地180度轉向。

3、輪胎全部采用實心叉車胎，耐磨耐用。

4、滾筒篩內部增加了多條鉸刀，增加了約一倍物料篩選行程，極大的增加了鉸洗、篩分工作效率。

5、針對供水系統進行了優化：
   上料斗內部沖水負責首次沖洗物料并且推送物料進入滾筒篩內；
   滾筒篩中央沖水負責對物料進行主要的沖洗工作；
     滾筒篩側沖水負責沖洗滾筒篩外部細篩網，防止堵孔。

6、集成度高，本輛移動淘金車集成了鉸洗、篩分功能、分水器、柴油發電機于一體，只需要外接供水管道便 可正常工作。

7、擴展性強：可以附加振動溜槽/鼓動溜槽、離心機等選金設備提高回收率。

   Water washing: washing on top of hopper the then pushing the mixture to flow to the screen,washing inmiddle of screen which is the most principal,washing in screen outside it can clean the materila carefully and invoid the gamblingplug.

   The movable gold trommel screen machine contained the reamer separating,water separating and diesel power,it works only need connecting the water

    It can be works with centrifuge concentrator,sulice,gold chute etc.
